As we age we are not able to create as much hyaluronic acid or collagen as our body needs. The gradual reduction in both as well as changes in fat and bone within the complex structure of our faces results in changes to facial volume, in hydration and elasticity as well as an increase in skin laxity. Your treatment will be designed by Dr Hemming and combines for volume loss, muscle injections to smooth stubborn wrinkles and a premium skin care routine to create healthy skin and stimulate collagen while resting the muscle activity contributing to line and wrinkle formation.

Facial filler treatments restore balance and symmetry to the upper face performed by Dr Anna Hemming our filler treatments are extremely popular forming part of the Thames Face Lift. Before we assess your deep facial volume to ensure this is the right treatment for you.

We may advise or other face tightening treatments as part of your Thames Lift plan.

We discuss your history at your new patient consultation and would ask you to postpone treatment if you were pregnant or breastfeeding. Treatment may not suitable if you are having immune therapy or undergoing cancer treatment.

All our treatments are performed by Dr Hemming who is extremely experienced in aesthetic injectable techniques and has a very good eye for natural treatment.

You should expect very minor discomfort or tenderness initially, this settles very quickly. We use local anaesthetic injections to help numb some treatment areas and cool compress to calm any potential swelling.

Side effects are minimal and can include injection site and mild bruising.
